Set up in two minutes.

Chrome, Brave, Arc, Opera

  1. Download the Chrome package and unzip it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions.
  3. Turn on Developer mode (top right).
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
  5. Pin AdQuiet from the puzzle-piece menu.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Download the Edge package and unzip it.
  2. Open edge://extensions.
  3. Turn on Developer mode (left side).
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the folder.

Firefox

  1. Download the Firefox package.
  2. Open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox.
  3. Click Load Temporary Add-on and pick the .zip.
  4. Note: temporary add-ons are removed when Firefox restarts until the signed version is available.

Watching on a TV

  1. Connect a laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable.
  2. Install AdQuiet in the laptop's browser.
  3. Stream from the website (e.g. hulu.com) — AdQuiet mutes the browser tab, which mutes the TV.
